Quindameranid offers a 30-day refund request period for eligible digital purchases. This means you may submit a refund request within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the digital materials have not been accessed, downloaded, opened, or otherwise used.

Because our guides, courses, and other educational materials are supplied digitally, purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the purchased digital content has begun. This may include circumstances where a download link has been used, a digital file has been downloaded or opened, or the purchased materials have otherwise been made available and accessed by the customer.

Exceptions may apply where required by applicable law or under the circumstances described in this Refund Policy.

To be eligible for a refund, the digital materials must remain unused and unaccessed from the time of purchase. You may also be required to provide proof of purchase, including your order number, transaction information, and the email address used when placing the order.

Refund Request Process

Because our materials are supplied digitally, there is no physical item to return, and we do not accept packages or parcels in connection with refund requests.

• a description of the issue, where applicable;

Where technically possible and appropriate, access to the refunded digital materials may be disabled or withdrawn following approval of the refund.

Processing Timeline

Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved, we will initiate the refund through the payment method or payment provider associated with the original transaction.

Payments on our website are processed by third-party payment providers, such as Stripe, PayPal, Airwallex, or another payment provider available at checkout.

We do not store your full payment card details and do not independently process card refunds outside the applicable payment provider's payment infrastructure.

Approved refunds are generally initiated within 3–5 business days.

After a refund has been initiated, additional processing time may be required before the amount appears in your account. The exact timing may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment method, and the payment provider that processed the original transaction.

Damages and Access Issues

If you experience a technical or content-delivery issue, such as:

• a file that cannot be downloaded as intended; or

In most cases, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by:

• reissuing the download link;
• providing the correct file;
• replacing a damaged or corrupted file;
• supplying an updated copy of the material;
• providing another available file format where appropriate; or
• providing reasonable technical assistance related to delivery of the file.

If a material technical or delivery issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, we may consider a refund where appropriate and where required by applicable law.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Digital Items

Because of the nature of digital content, refunds generally cannot be provided for digital materials once access or use has begun, except where required by applicable law.

Non-refundable digital items may include:

• downloadable digital materials that have already been downloaded;
• digital materials that have already been opened or accessed;
• guides, courses, documents, or other digital files that have already been used;
• personalized or custom digital materials after they have been prepared and delivered;
• digital content where access has already been provided and used;
• subscription-based digital services after activation of the applicable subscription period, where such services are offered.

A purchase will not normally qualify for a refund solely because the customer changes their mind after accessing or downloading the digital materials.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Exchanges

Because the materials offered through Quindameranid are digital, traditional exchanges are generally not available.

If you accidentally purchase the wrong digital material, please contact us before accessing or downloading it.

Where the purchase remains eligible under this Refund Policy, you may request a refund for the incorrect purchase and place a separate order for the digital material you intended to purchase.

If you receive an incorrect, incomplete, corrupted, or otherwise technically defective file, we will generally attempt to correct or replace the affected material rather than process it as an exchange.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or another jurisdiction that provides a statutory withdrawal period for online purchases, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection law.

For certain distance contracts, consumers in the European Union may have a right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

However, specific rules apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium.

Where applicable law permits, the statutory right of withdrawal may end once the supply of digital content begins if:

• you have expressly consented to the digital content being supplied before the end of the applicable withdrawal period; and
• you have acknowledged that beginning the supply of the digital content may result in the loss of your statutory right of withdrawal.

If digital content has not yet been supplied or accessed and your statutory withdrawal right remains available, you may contact us within the applicable period to exercise that right.

These provisions do not limit any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

Refund Confirmation

We will notify you after reviewing your refund request and inform you whether it has been approved or declined.

If your refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Because the original transaction is processed by a third-party payment provider, the refund may also be processed through that same provider.

We cannot normally issue a refund to a different card, bank account, digital wallet, or payment method unless the applicable payment provider permits such a change and applicable law allows it.

Once we initiate an approved refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the funds.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed that your refund was initiated and you have not received the funds, please first check with your bank or payment provider.
